1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
All services sold on SponsoredAdsAgency.com — including Meta Ads setup, Google Ads, YouTube promotions, Influencer campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, analytics, and any other marketing deliverables — are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This is because:
- Our services involve time-intensive manual work, strategic planning, and digital asset creation.
- Campaigns and designs are developed specifically for each client and cannot be resold or reused.
- Immediate resource allocation and team time begin after purchase.
2. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee
Although we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why every service comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and unlimited revisions — until the final deliverables meet your approved expectations within the scope of the original plan.
We encourage you to stay actively involved during the process and communicate openly to ensure optimal outcomes.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
For clients on a monthly plan, you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing to support@sponsoredadsagency.com or via the live chat before the renewal date.
- Upon cancellation, no further work will be performed after the current billing period ends.
Note: Charges already made for the current month are non-refundable, but service will continue until the billing period expires.
4. Delivery Timelines
- One-Time Plans are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and prompt client input.
- Monthly Plans operate on an ongoing basis with regular campaign management and optimization.
Delays due to late communication, account access, or content submission from the client are not grounds for a refund.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Accidental double payment (duplicate transaction)
- Technical errors during checkout
- Service not initiated due to internal error on our side (and not client delay)
In such cases, clients must notify us within 3 days of purchase. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
